Hi there!

Hi Thank you for checking out my website, My names Mark

I hope you enjoy the photos

I’ve always had a keen interest in photography from an early age,

I started with a point and shoot film camera many years ago as a child,

It wasn’t until my 30s that a purchased my first DLSR a cropped sensor Canon 500D I used this mostly for days out and travel snaps to begin with, I was mostly self taught by looking at the photos I took and trying to improve them next time, I watched youtube videos, read books, purchased magazines, and later on I did an online photography course,

I later did a basic course on Abobe Lightroom and Photoshop course often finding that I over edited my photos at this time. Even now I would say that I only know the basic's on Photoshop, but I still enjoy learning,

in recent years I’ve found it both interesting and relaxing taking wildlife photos, I've upgraded my camera equipment from my original canon 500D to a canon full frame model,

I’m now developing an interest in pet photography and Landscape photography but this is restricted to the lens that I currently use

My photography has to be done around my work as I work full time in transport, security and customer service.

So my photography has to fit around my job – luckily I get a long weekend every 2-3 weeks and I’ll sometime book annual leave to take photos this might be just walking around a park or a nature reserve

I wouldn't say I'm a professional or a full time photographer far from it - I still have lots to learn
